Quite simply, a land promoter is contractually obliged to do everything it reasonably can to deliver a high value planning consent for land owners.

Pland Estates is typically obligated to:

Pay for the landowners legal fees in order to secure a mutually beneficial promotion agreement.

Engage with a Council's Local Plan making processes for an agreed period time in order to create a winning strategy.

To instruct a number of professional consultants that will help to achieve the agreed strategy i.e. the type of planning use appropriate for the site - housing, industrial or commercial.

The promoter takes the risk and pays all fees associated with the project.

Once planning permission is secured, Pland will work with a jointly instructed agent to help sell the site on the open market.

Once the best offer is received and approved by the landowner, the site is then sold and the promoter receives a pre-agreed percentage for managing and funding the project to a successful conclusion.
